Returns & Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. Please read the terms below before sending anything back.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the invoice included.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

WhatsApp us on 0320 3966213 or email support@gadgetgrovepk.store within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the problem. If the fault is ours, we will send a replacement or a full refund and we will cover the return delivery cost.

Changed your mind

An unused item in original packaging can still be returned within 30 days, but the Rs.200 return delivery cost is paid by you.

How to start a return

Always contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number before sending anything back. Parcels returned without approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we will contact you to confirm. For Cash on Delivery orders we will arrange the refund with you directly. Please allow up to 7 working days after approval.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, earphones and earbuds that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
